CRYSTAL HEAD - 10 First and Last

'First and Last' - Track 10 from the album 'CRYSTAL HEAD' Sitting somewhere between Hard Rock indulgence and Pop-Rock sensibility you will find South-East England three-piece Crystal Head. 2012 sees the release of their eponymous debut album, encapsulating their genre defying style and sound as they seamlessly switch from three minute blasts of powerful hook driven songs (Freeloader / First and Last) to epic eight minute journeys (Night of Broken Glass), reminiscent of QOTSA and early Tool. Cousins Jon Deal (Bass) and Dean Deal (Drums) laying the intense rhythmic foundations upon which front man Tom Cameron (Vox/Guitar) builds the melodies and riffs that complete the package. Their concise and atmospheric live shows have seen Crystal Head build an army of loyal fans and earned them invitations to tour with the likes of Brant Bjork, Nick Oliveri's Mondo Generator, Nebula and The Subways. With a primetime slot booked at this years DesertFest in Camden, London and a UK and Euro! pean tour in April/May, Crystal Head will be flying the flag for rock music in 2012, proving that is certainly...not...dead! www.crystalhead.co.uk www.youtube.com/crystalheadmusic www.soundcloud.com/crystalhead crystalhead@live.com Follow on Twitter - @crystalheaduk
